I am Looking for Victims of AVI Data Processing to join in class action suit. This is a company that targets WORK AT HOME MOMS! Worldwide!

"We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of unanswered complaints and the concerns regarding the nature of the complaints alleging false advertising and misrepresentation. Respondents are not offered employment of any kind. Instead, they receive instructions to search court records for unpaid judgments and are told to mail a series of letters to the prevailing party at their own expense, offering to collect their judgment for a fee of $20.00. Complaints allege misrepresentation of the employment offer. Some customers allege they are misled to believe they will be employed by the company for data entry. Instead, complainants receive a package containing software, a book with information on starting your own business, and instructions to search court records for unpaid judgments. Refunds and cancellations can only be obtained if the complainant sends proof of receiving 50 checks from clients within 60 days. The company responds to a few complaints by denying refund requests. Most complaints are unanswered. Both A V I Data Processing Center and Nationwide Collection Services operate out of a mail drop. Neither company has a published telephone number, and calls to the phone numbers on their printed materials reach recorded messages. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any company, product or service."

I am going to file a suit against this company and would like to know of anybody else that has been victimized by them would care to have me represent them. Alone, I can only sue them in small claims court. But if I can get other victims involved, we can file a class action suit in superior court. I am not an attorney, just another honest individual trying to get my money back.

I already have more than enough evidence to show several possible violations and infractions (California Codes - Business & Professions, Civil Code), some which are punishable by stiff fines and jail time.

I believe that I have put a very good case together against them. And I only live 61 miles away from where they are doing business - close enough to the San Bernandino County Courthouse to drive. The physical addresses they give are bogus, but I have dug up their real addresses and locations. I know where they live! I know what property they own! I have real phone numbers and FAX numbers.
