My name is Vanessa Zaragoza and I signed up with your company thinking it was a regular Visa or Mastercard charge card. I never realized it was for the purpose of purchasing merchandise! Furthermore, you sent me a calling card for 1000 minutes as a courtesy and added that unless I call within a month to cancel I will be billed $39.99 per month. By the way your courtesy calling card never worked! I have been trying to call your 800 number and it is ALWAYS BUSY! How can you sleep at night? I am a student and make $60 per week by you taking $39.99 you barely leave me enough money for lunch.

You leave me no alternative but to report you to the Attorney General's office in Chicago, of which I will be going to tomorrow. I have also closed my checking account so that you can get no further funds from my account!
