RE: Complaint # 297951/Eli D. Mantel

ATTENTION: Angie Johnson

Dear Ms. Johnson:

This letter is in response to our receipt of a complaint filed by Mr. Eli Mantel. Upon careful review of our files, we cannot find that this copmany has had any contact with said customer.

It is not the policy or intent of this Company to condone nor participate in unethical sales practices. The letter states that an "impression" was given but upon further reading no where does it say these "impressions" are fact, so therefore we find it very difficult to response to Mr. Mantels vague accusations, nor do our records indicate ever having done business with him.

Thank you sincerely for the information you provided us with, however we feel that this complaint does not warrant further action on our part.
