I don't think there can be a class action against CyberRebate, for a couple of reasons:

  1. They're in bankruptcy, which generally precludes further lawsuits.
  2. Even if you could sue them and you won the lawsuit, you'd merely become an unsecured creditor.... but you're already an unsecured creditor.

The credit card companies are another matter. If the credit card companies don't come up with a satisfactory resolution for disputed charges, a class action suit seems to be a likely result. -- EliMantel? - 21 May 2001
