OUTLINE OF EXCEL LOCAL SERVICE

1. Local service will be available for $29.95/mo. This will include voice mail, caller ID, call waiting and the remaining "bells and whistles"
2. Also included will be 200 minutes of free long-distance (anywhere in the US) additional minutes will be billed at 5cents/min
3. If you call another Excel local customer anywhere in the US (lower 48) the call will be treated as a local call. These calls will not count against your 200 free minutes. In other words, there will be no long distance fees if you call another Excel local customer. Period.
4. As the roll out reaches your customers' area, they will get 20 (post type) cards to send to their friends and family. This way they will be able to get others on the same service in order to save them some $$ too. The card will tell them about this program and have YOUR Excel Global Id# on it and an 800# for them to call. * Do you think that some of your customers might send cards to their relatives in order to have FREE long distance????
5. Customers will not be able to get this service without the global ID#. This affords the Representatives corporate protection.
6. This program will begin in Texas in February and spread from there. The target is to be in 70% of the nation in 4-6 months and in 90 % within one year.
