Read this transcript of the Dennis Lee December 2004 Update 

They claim that their generator, containing strong rare earth magnets, can generate 30 kWH [ sic ] of electricity with no outside energy source. All you have to do to obtain one of their demonstrator models and have it available for as long as you live in your house is to provide a place for the generator and provide them access for maintenance and publicity purposes.

Could this be for real? The following states have imposed restrictions on this offering:
