I was in the frozen food section of the local Albertson's today. There was a sign about a free book offer from Healthy Choice, but there were no "take one" forms... it just said to go to their web site.
After I got home, I went to their web site, tried navigating it, but failed to find anything about the free book offer.
While looking through the Sunday newspaper ads, I saw that the Healthy Choice offer in the Valassis insert. This had the mail-in certificate, but it also said to "look for special offers at www.healthychoice.com". So I decided to do exactly that.
Guess what?
There is no "special offer" section on the Healthy Choice web site. Nor is there (at the moment, at least) anything reasonably resembling a special offers on the web site. There are free recipes, nutrition information, even something called "Healthy Rewards", but in which the only reward is information. None of this is what they've led people to think of as a "special offer".

You've wasted well over a half-hour of my time chasing down information you promised about special offers that just wasn't there.
