  • Separate links are provided for different calling plans, but this does not succeed in a significant improvement of ease of use
  • Persons trying to find the rates that apply to them must examine many documents to find all the charges that may be applicable
  • Persons trying to compare different rate plans will be overwhelmed by the effort needed to do this
  • Actual rates are frequently placed in separate rate schedules from the plan description, making it even more tedious to use these documents
  • The Basic Rate Plan breaks charges down into bands, even though the rates are the same regardless of band
  • Some international rate plans cover a subset of countries, making it unclear what rates apply to countries that are not included
  • Most information is provided in the form of Word or Excel documents, creating compatibility problems depending on the user's platform
  • Pages are served slowly and expire immediately, forcing them to reload when accessing them through the back button or the history list

  • This one has actual rates!

  • The General Service Agreement documents are useless

  • Basic rates for International calls don't seem to be available online

  • They seem to have come close to getting it right.
