I want to take this opinion up to reiterate my mission on these boards...not like they are mine, but for those who have not started out with my #67 explanation or the archives in general.......my goal is NOT to deter women from this opportunity, in fact I support and encourage anyone to go for it.....I have a passion for the truth as I see so many half truths displayed by the sales force in presentation of this opportunity. I appreciate Stephanie's comments regarding showing something to get them excited about and that's a good point, however, so many misrepresent and manipulate the truths about the business and that needs to be corrected, it is what it is and that is deception. Even when women say they made $24-50 an hour and the hearer would assume they are talking about a 40 hour week.....yet it was for a particular sale, a particular show which comprised of only 2-3 hours and if that was their only 'sale' that week, then they made $12-25/hr or $48/75 in profit.

You can conceivably make $300 in 15 minutes by selling a Travel Roll Up bag, but that is not a normal salary, or even real income as the bag costs well over $150 wholesale. Or, you can make $1500 in 2 hours from a product preview.......those are things to get excited about, but while you are presenting those awesome numbers, be excited, but also reveal the truth about the profit. You can immediately skim 50% and then some off of that figure as that was what it cost you......truth in presenting....women will appreciate it ladies. Again, I am not posting anti-MK, never, ever said that.....I take issues with alot of things in this company and with the sales ethics and have been contacted by enough women to know that they are being INFORMED by information we are posting......informed to make better decisions and have moved forward and signed or simply learned facts that may have them look for a more suitable opportunity all from these posts. Women are intelligent and will make a good decision if they have the right presentation, it's when it's hyped up without facts up front or honest answers to legitimate questions that they feel deceived and I am not talking about things in writing, there are a slew of other little tidbits to consider which are not in writing.

Also, exposing some deceptive practices which I talked about earlier in #67 and supported by posts 43 & 44 provide comfort to others who are or know women involved in the same things by helping them not feel alone, like they are total wretches........if what I write provides information and comfort to someone's heart, I am gonna keep writing........we are talking a sales force of over 1 Million women.....not all of them read these posts......but many do......in fact, I wish Eli, in his genius could do a visitor counter. That would be encouraging.

Truth cannot be, can never be, less than positive; by contrast, a half-truth can do more damage than an outright lie. I will always thank you for your honest accounting of your experience. Reading all that you have taken the time and trouble to post here has done me (and, I know, others) a great service.
