My Director and I were just discussing this vary thing yesterday, in order for a director to the grand achiever award they must do so much in whole sale orders and have so many people recruited. They also cannot personally contribute to that award more than 4500 wholesale in a month. So it is impossible for a director to "buy" their way for the grand am. Their recruits need to be helping and working their business. Remember this one thing, this is a career. You must treat it as a career and work it as a career. Most jobs are 40 hours a week, the great thing with Mary Kay is those hours can be any time it convenient for you. For some its 9 - 5 for others it's 2- 10pm.
Again I am sorry you have had a bad time, but I would encourage you, however since your still in it, to check out this directors web site and get some great class closing ideas.
Sincerely,
