Hello all, I have to tell you that this website has really helped me in my own business lately. Just knowing that there are gals out there who have had issues with Mary Kay and how things were put or not put to them when they started really has made me take a different perspective on what I say when someone is new. I always made sure to never mislead or to pressure, but the last few weeks I have noticed that I am more aware. I had a company referral of someone who was looking for information on MK and she contacted me the other day. I met with her today at Barnes & Noble and I was as up front as it gets about EVERYTHING. I always try to be that way but I was so much more aware of it. It was funny but that was the BEST interview I have ever done and I think this woman is going to really do well in MK. She asked me about inventory and I told her in a nutshell what it is but also told her that it's not completely necessary to start with it before doing her debut. Anyways, I just had to share because with all the posts that have been going on, I do think it's good to have everyone know that I feel like I am so much more affective at being a Director then I was.
