What terrible awful horrendous thing they did:

They sent me spam, and included as one way to get removed from their mailing list the option to call them long distance at 636-536-7296. The folks at this inbound telemarketing service firm refused to identify themselves.

So my complaint is also against them, and I can only guess who these people are, but here are some telemarketing companies with operations in Chesterfield, Missouri:
