I had the displeasure of dealing with a guy name ROBERT UNDERWOOD in the Ventura office. He said he was with the development team and wanted to see how he could improve their program. He was the rudest a-hole we have ever met! He kept asking us what we thought was wrong with the program and why we didn't want to buy. He wouldn't let us leave and get our gifts. He ending up by saying we were stupid to come down just to get a "crappy" vegas trip. I asked him, "So you admit that the free trip is crappy?" And he said "Yes!" I told him that I didn't want to talk to him anymore and he walked away and told another employee that we were the biggest losers he had ever met. What ever happened to customer service? I hope a lot of people read this message. Stay away from Pacific Monarch. Or if you decide to go down to the presentation in the Valley on Ventura boulevard and meet a guy named ROBERT UNDERWOOD, just tell him you don't want to talk to him and ask to talk to another person. Don't buy anything and just get your trip!!! Better yet, file a complaint on this guy when you leave! - Al
